  1. I’ve read and heard both sides of the issue with essential oils. I would like to try them, as I have headaches on occasion. I have heard more positive than negative opinions on them.

  2. This is such a really great post and very informative as well. We should always keep this in mind to have a nice first aid to our headache problem. Great list of oil, especially the Eucalyptus Oil that definitely have a great benefits not just for our headache problem but for our well being.

  3. Peppermint oil is my choice for alleviating my headaches and migraines. I will have to try the other oils when I have another aching headache. If any of these handle the job quicker, I will gladly change it up.

  4. I am just diving back in to essential oils with a diffuser but need to research a bit more for pain/headaches/migraines I had to first make sure what I was diffusing was OK around my pups. I am trying to take less OTC meds for myself.
