Here is a recipe for a healing balm for pain using essential oils–

Ingredients
8 oz sweet almond oil
1 oz of beeswax
5-10 drops of Wintergreen oil

Instructions
Melt the beeswax and the almond oil together over the stove. Add the essential oils, stirring gently and allowing to cool. Rub this onto your sore muscles in circular movements until absorbed. Apply up to around 3 times a day as required.

Unfortunately, most of us will experience this type of pain at some point. In fact, it’s one of the most common reasons why people miss work and decide to see a doctor. When you have muscle pain, you’re unable to flex or bend comfortably. That means it’s impossible to drive properly. 1. That’s interesting. I’ve only used essential oils once or twice – would this work for stomach pains too? (I have a stomach condition so my stomach is frequently upset at me …)

  2. I had an interest in EO’s last month and I tried some of them, some of eo’s worked for me. What I would like to try it for a headache and immune boost. I’ll have to check those link. 🙂
