8 oz sweet almond oil
1 oz of beeswax
5-10 drops of Wintergreen oil
Melt the beeswax and the almond oil together over the stove. Add the essential oils, stirring gently and allowing to cool. Rub this onto your sore muscles in circular movements until absorbed. Apply up to around 3 times a day as required.
